One request is one check Katcha runs on a protected form, such as a sign-up, login, checkout or contact form. Page views are not counted.
Your forms stay protected. We never block requests because of your plan. Extra requests are added to your next invoice at your plan’s rate, for example €0.98 per 1,000 on Creator, which is less than one cent for every 10 extra requests. We email you at 80% and 100% so it never comes as a surprise.
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You add a card when you sign up, and nothing is charged until day 15. We email you 7, 3 and 1 day before the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Annual plans cost 20% less and are paid once a year, after the free trial. Your request allowance still resets every month, and any extra requests are billed monthly.
Yes, from the billing page in your dashboard. An upgrade starts right away and you only pay the difference for the rest of the period. A downgrade starts at your next renewal.
No. Katcha Labs uses the Dutch small business scheme (KOR), so the price you see is the price you pay. Business customers can still add their VAT ID to invoices.
